Pre-Construction Services
FCM Pre-Construction services provide the knowledge and experience necessary to properly design, budget and schedule a project. During this phase, FCM will work with the client on defining a scope of work. We will then identify and contract a design team that can provide the first step in bringing our client’s vision to reality by developing preliminary plans and elevations.
Once a concept is agreed to, FCM will fully manage the design phase through regular meetings with the design team, evaluation of alternative design concepts, materials and systems taking into consideration construction methods, cost, schedule, quality.
FCM will work closely with our client and the design team to value engineer the project and perform a full risk analysis of issues and obstacles that could be encountered during construction. Upon development of an acceptable layout, FCM will compile a project budget and schedule to provide a clear picture of what the client can expect during project execution.
