Roswell, GA. 230,000 square foot warehouse development. An existing warehouse was mostly demolished and the center removed to add a truck court with numerous loading docks. This speculative building was designed to provide space to tenants varying in size from 5,000 to 80,000 square feet. The final building has an attractive façade to provide an office feel while still meeting clients warehousing and distribution needs.
