Atlanta, GA. Program manager and project manager for the Bank of America retail expansion throughout the Southeast and Mid Atlantic. Responsible for the timely and economical completion of retail banking facilities. Retail branches ranged in size from 4,000 to 6,000 SF and ranged in value from $3 million to $4.5 million. Construction varied and consisted of shallow foundations, wood and steel frames, and brick and stucco exteriors. Projects also included the oversight of bank equipment orders and installation. Additional responsibilities included the oversight of due diligence and the construction aspects of real estate transactions including compilation of work letters and negotiation with Sellers / Developers on contract language.

KeyBank

Denver, CO, Seattle, WA. Project manager for KeyBank’s retail expansion in Seattle, WA and Denver, CO. Responsible for the timely and economical completion of 12 banks within a one-year time frame with a total construction value of $15 million. Retail branches range in size from 3,000 to 5,000 SF. Construction varied and consisted of deep and shallow foundations, wood and steel frames, and brick and stucco exteriors. Projects also included the oversight of bank equipment orders and installation.
