The Lionheart School
Alpharetta, GA. 14,200 SF ground up construction of a specialized school for autistic children valued at $1.8 million. Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative for the design and construction of a specialized facility for severely autistic children. Facility includes multiple classrooms, observation areas, therapy rooms and life training facilities. Responsibilities include design review, scheduling, budgeting, contract management and construction oversight.
Saint Martin’s Episcopal School
Atlanta, GA. 1,800 SF build out of classroom space valued at $120,000. Oversaw the design build of two 900 SF classrooms for the art and music departments. Projects consisted of an interior build out in an existing storage space with no readily available utilities. Project was completed in a reduced timeframe during the summer break and was completed and ready for students one week prior to the students returning. Responsible for estimating, scheduling, and oversight of design and construction.
Southlake High School
Southlake, TX. $30 million new high school. Performed geotechnical design and consulting, quality control, and materials testing consulting.

Bellevue, WA. $35 million new high school. Performed quality control and materials testing consulting.
