Sweetwater Club Subdivision Detention Pond Remediation
Alpharetta, GA. Detention pond remediation for a 1/2 acre detention pond with 20 years of overgrowth and cracked concrete detention walls. Project consisted of removal of all trees within the detention area, removal of weir retrofit and draining of pond, repair of all concrete detention wall cracks, re-grading of pond basin, grading of an access slope for maintenance and stabilization of all disturbed areas.
Kimball Pointe Subdivision Detention Pond Remediation
Alpharetta, GA. Detention pond remediation for two 1/2 acre detention ponds, one of which is a wetlands area, with 12 years of overgrowth and damaged outflow structures. Project consisted of removal of all trees within the detention area, replacement of a collapsed 42″ pipe, re-grading of an earthen dam, re-grouting of pipe to weir connections and stabilization of earthen dams and disturbed areas.
