Project Emails-Communications

The Email tab within Procore is a simple and easy way to manage all email communications related to a specific project. It is not a replacement for current email software – instead, it brings the power of email to construction project management software.

By using Procore, all of the construction project emails can be tracked and organized in one place, so those crucial project emails will always be able to be found when needed most.

Every project receives its own unique email address. Simply including this email address within project communications archives all messages, and keeps them in one central, safe location. Procore automatically organizes construction project emails by subject in order to organize and re-construct the history of every email conversation.
