Hannah Solar based in Atlanta, GA selected Fischer Contractors for installation services for over 10 MW of photovoltaic solar projects spread throughout Georgia as part of Georgia Power’s Advanced Solar Initiative (ASI) program. The projects are anticipated to be completed by the end of 2013.
Fischer Contractors negotiated the Design / Build CM at Risk for a 12,000 SF office space located in downtown Atlanta. The project is being designed and constructed for the corporate headquarters of Hannah Solar. The project utilizes “Green” initiatives and consists of complete cutting edge and innovative design concepts, structural upgrades, and build out of office and warehouse facilities. Project highlights include Atlanta’s first “Solar Tree”, re-use of existing building materials, solar compatible HVAC systems, roof mounted solar array, LED lighting, EV charge stations, and installation of an environmentally friendly roof to lower the heat island impact.

Fischer Consulting and Management has been selected to manage the renovation of a Cobb County condominium complex consisting of 117 residential units. The project consists of façade, hardscape, and landscaping upgrades.

Fischer Contractors has been selected for installation of a 250 kW photovoltaic solar array at Fort Buchanan in Puerto Rico. Fischer Contractors will be responsible for coordination of site work as well as installation of the array on the U.S. Military Base.
