Fischer Contractors, LLC has been established and licensed by the state of Georgia to practice as a Commercial General Contractor, the highest license level with no restrictions on project type. This company was formed to compliment FCM, Inc. to provide an additonal level of service to our clients.
Fischer CM has been hired to oversee the design and ground up construction of a new 15,000 SF, two story building for The Lionheart School. The Lionheart School is a private school for autistic children. The facility will consist of classrooms, therapy rooms, offices and a breakroom. The project is located in Alpharetta, GA adjacent to Wills Park.
Fischer Consulting and Management was hired to oversee the detention pond remediation for the Sweetwater subdivision in Alpharetta, GA. This includes the selection, contract negotiation and management of contractors, acting as the HOA’s liaison with City of Alpharetta and on site monitoring of work.
