Ryan Brenny – Senior Project Manager

Ryan Brenny is a seasoned builder and construction manager with over 20 yrs of construction and development experience.  His career experience includes extensive development and construction of high end residential projects.  He also has extensive experience in commercial construction and has been a leader in the utilization of green technologies in both residential and commercial projects.

Mr. Brenny grew up in Marietta, GA.  He earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Georgia.  Upon graduation he joined his father’s business, Brenny Builders Inc.  Brenny Builders focused on the construction of high end custom homes throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.  During that time Mr. Brenny’s responsibilities included on site construction supervision, quality control, cost estimating, scheduling, customer relations, and subdivision development.  Homes consisted of extensive floor plans with high end finishes and custom cabinetry demanding the utmost attention to detail.

Mr. Brenny then created Brenny and Associates. LLC. to operate as a separate construction management and development company to expand on the experience he had gained by taking on bigger and more challenging projects.  As the owner and managing partner, Mr. Brenny constructed custom homes and completed commercial build-outs throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.  Mr. Brenny also co-developed and built Moose Creek Townhomes in Winter Park Colorado, a high end townhome complex in the heart of the Winter Park ski village. 

Mr. Brenny has been an early adopter of cutting edge construction practices and technologies.  He managed the construction of one of Atlanta’s first LEED Platinum Certified mixed use buildings.  The project consisted of retail on the first floor and residential units on the upper two floors.  The project included a rain water harvesting systems for gray water building usage, a garden top roof, extensive use of recycled materials, 17 SEER rating HVAC system and locally manufactured energy efficient doors and windows in an inner city redevelopment setting.  Mr. Brenny is also IGSHPA and NATE certified for geothermal/ground sourced heat pump installations for both commercial and residential applications and is helping to innovate green construction technology which is quickly becoming an industry standard.

Among his other interests, Mr. Brenny enjoys snowboarding, fishing, golf, and rugby.
