Kevin Sullivan – Project Manager

Kevin Sullivan is a seasoned construction manager with a back ground in Project and Development Management. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed builder and a member of the Project Management Institute and holds numerous certifications within the industry. Kevin’s Team approach to project management keeps all parties involved from concept to completion. His hands on experience in all phases of construction has proven to be an asset to Owners, Government Officials, Engineers and Sub Trades. Kevin’s project portfolio includes development in excess of $100M throughout Michigan and the Southeastern U.S.

Mr. Sullivan grew up in Michigan. He attended Oakland Community College where he studied construction related subjects. Mr. Sullivan ran his own business for nearly 20 years and completed numerous custom homes as well as commercial retail and industrial facilities.

Mr. Sullivan then went on to work for UCI, Inc., Brivar Construction, Inc., Toll Brothers, Inc. and L.R. Mullins Contracting where he advanced through the construction industry holding positions that ranged from site superintendent to Development Manager. Mr. Sullivan was involved in the oversight and completion of substantial land development projects as well as the completion of large subdivisions and commercial developments including project design, estimating, scheduling, cost analysis, construction management, onsite supervision and project closeout.

Mr. Sullivan was then recruited by Mimms Enterprises in Roswell, GA where he was responsible for the oversight of development and ground up construction for industrial and retail properties. Responsibilities included daily interaction, communication and coordination with architects, city officials, fire marshals and tenants. Mr. Sullivan coordinated up to $35 million in projects at a time, ensuring projects stayed on schedule and under budget. He supervised activities and work crews on each site to ensure compliance with project needs and local municipality requirements.

Mr. Sullivan then moved back to Michigan to run his own business focusing on residential remodeling.

Most recently, Mr. Sullivan has joined Fischer Consulting and Management, Inc. and Fischer Contractors, LLC to use his years of diverse experience and training in the solar energy market. Projects include ground and roof mounted PV solar arrays and roof mounted thermal systems. He has quickly become an expert on a variety of racking systems and installation methods with over 1 MW of PV installed. To further improve his knowledge of the industry, Mr. Sullivan has completed continuing education of over 40 hours of solar courses with Solairgen (PV-203). Mr. Sullivan has certificates for OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training, OSHA Fall Protection Training, Fork Lift Operator, Aerial Work Platform Operator, Scaffolding, and is First Aid and CPR certified.

Among his many interests, Mr. Sullivan enjoys scuba diving, boating and home improvement. Mr. Sullivan resides in Cumming, GA with his wife.
