David Fischer, PE, co-founded Fischer Contractors, LLC and Fischer Consulting and Management, Inc. in 2009. As President, David is responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion. He specializes in commercial and light industrial projects including retail, office, financial, educational, warehouses and engineering consulting as well as solar installations.

Consulted on the close out of the $500 million Highly Enriched Uranium Materials Facility in Oak Ridge, TN. Provided professional services for startup and quality control organization to comply with DOE requirements for project turnover.
