Adam Wells – Project Manager

Adam Wells has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. His career includes extensive experience in the security industry including project management for the installation of banking equipment, smart vestibules for secure facilities, welding and metal work and most recently renewable energy project management.

Mr. Wells grew up in Canton, OH. He worked for Williams Bank Installations as an Installation Manager and Partner in Fort Lauderdale, FL. While there Mr. Wells oversaw the installation of banking equipment for numerous nationwide banks for key customers such as Diebold, Inc., one of the largest manufacturers of banking equipment in the world. While there Mr. Wells gained valuable knowledge as a project manager while also overseeing and performing installations including related construction, welding and building reinforcement.

Mr. Wells then founded his own company, BCI of Atlanta. While President of BCI, Mr. Wells’ responsibilities included sales, purchasing, project management, installation, service and product training for physical and electronic security customers. Diebold, Inc. and Bank of America were two prime customers. Mr. Wells also provided electronic security consulting during planning and development, physical equipment sales, and installations for CBI Construction, a nationwide builder of community banks.

Currently Mr. Wells is focused on the installation of solar systems varying from large scale ground mounted solar systems to roof mounted arrays. He has quickly become an expert on a variety of racking systems and installation methods with over 1 MW of PV installed. To further improve his knowledge of the industry, Mr. Wells has completed continuing education of over 40 hours of solar courses with Solairgen (PV-203). Mr. Wells has certificates for OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training, OSHA Fall Protection Training, Fork Lift Operator, Aerial Work Platform Operator, Scaffolding, and is First Aid and CPR certified.

Among his many interests, Mr. Wells enjoys being a Crossfit trainer and competing in various related competitions. He resides in Ball Ground, GA with his wife.
