Mrs. Fischer has successfully managed and led teams of employees and managed vendors to generate sales and increased income for the companies she has represented including one of the nation’s largest media companies, Clear Channel Radio, and one of the nation’s largest fitness companies, Bally Total Fitness.
David Fischer is a senior construction and engineering executive with over 20 years of diversified leadership experience in the commercial real estate sector. His career has spanned literally all aspects of construction engineering, including the retail, financial, office, light industrial and most recently renewable energy environments. Mr. Fischer has led teams and complex projects across large geographic areas, and is highly skilled not only on the construction site but in the Board Room as well, where his contributions as a construction engineering executive have led to positive results in both the private and government sectors.
David Ledford is a senior construction manager with over 25 years of leadership and experience in the development and construction market. His career has involved all aspects of construction and development including engineering, construction management, and on site supervision in the delivery of heavy civil, office, medical, industrial, bulk distribution, restoration, and most recently renewable energy projects. Mr. Ledford has managed projects across the southeast in a variety of delivery methods including construction management, design build, bid projects, and self performing contracts.
Kevin Sullivan is a seasoned construction manager with a background in Project and Development Management. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed builder and a member of the Project Management Institute and holds numerous certifications within the industry. Kevin’s team approach to project management keeps all parties involved from concept to completion. His hands on experience in all phases of construction has proven to be an asset to Owners, Government Officials, Engineers and Sub Trades. Kevin’s project portfolio includes development in excess of $100M throughout Michigan and the Southeastern U.S.
Adam Wells has been a veteran of the construction industry for over 25 years. His career includes extensive field experience in retail, government, the security industry including project management for the banking industry and most recently renewable energy and commercial construction project management. Throughout his career, Mr. Wells has gained valuable knowledge as a project manager while also overseeing and performing installations including related construction, welding and building reinforcement.
Ryan Brenny is a seasoned builder and construction manager with over 20 yrs of construction and development experience. His career experience includes extensive development and construction of high end residential projects. He also has extensive experience in commercial construction and has been a leader in the utilization of green technologies in both residential and commercial projects.
Mike Hayes has over 30 years experience in the construction of commercial, industrial, residential projects and most recently Project Management of large scale renewable energy and municipal construction projects. Mr. Hayes is a licensed General Contractor in CT where he owned and operated his own business for several years.
Doug Wooldridge is a seasoned superintendent with over 30 years of construction experience. His career includes experience as a city building inspector, residential, retail and industrial superintendent and most recently renewable energy project management. Mr. Wooldridge has worked with subcontractors from all facets of the building industry including grading contractors, concrete crews, framers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical contractors, drywall, trim, and paint crews. Mr. Wooldridge is very effective in communicating concisely with a wide audience including city officials, tenants, architects and subcontractors.
Jim Ledford is a senior construction professional with over 40 years of leadership and experience in the development and construction market. His career has involved all aspects of construction and development including engineering, construction management, and on site supervision in the delivery of heavy civil, utility, land planning and development, and mass grading projects. Jim has managed projects in his career through the continued expansion of the Atlanta development market with delivery methods including engineering/construction management, design build, bid projects, and self-performing contracts.
Colle Josephson is an experienced sales and marketing executive with over 20+ years of success within cutting edge technology and software companies. Mr. Josephson has progressive experience in direct sales, channel sales, business development, marketing, and management consulting. As a Sales Director he has planned, developed, and executed effective business strategies under challenging market conditions. He has also designed successful sales techniques, strategies, and tactics from customer and market understanding. Mr. Josephson’s past experience has allowed him not only to build from the ground up, but evaluate, develop and revive sales teams, managers, and directors.
